Founder & Lead Ergonomics Consultant
Christerle Nounoute is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant whose path into ergonomics began while helping home health patients safely return to work. One experience — redesigning a client’s workstation to relieve pain and restore comfort — revealed the power of ergonomics to transform how people work.
Inspired by that impact, she founded Fair Ergonomic Solutions LLC to bridge the gap between injury recovery and injury prevention. With a strong background in rehabilitation and human-centered care, Christerle brings a holistic approach that blends clinical insight with practical, workplace-focused ergonomics.
