2. About Fair Ergonomic Solutions LLC

Fair Ergonomic Solutions LLC is a Florida-based ergonomics consulting company that provides on-site and virtual ergonomic assessments, training, and related consulting services to businesses and individuals.

Our services are focused on workplace and task ergonomics and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or insurance advice.

3. Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or accessing the Site under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you represent.

4. Nature of Information & No Medical Advice

The content on this Site, including articles, guides, videos, checklists, and other materials, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, therapeutic, legal, or professional health advice and should not be used as a substitute for consultation with a physician, licensed healthcare provider, or legal professional.

Any ergonomic recommendations made through assessments or consults are based on the information you provide and observed working conditions. You are responsible for consulting appropriate healthcare providers for any pain, injury, or medical concerns.

5. Services, Bookings & Cancellations

5.1 Service Descriptions

We may offer services such as ergonomic assessments (on-site or virtual), training sessions, workshops, and consulting. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. The most current offerings will generally be reflected on the Site or in written proposals.

5.2 Booking & Scheduling

You may request or schedule services through our online forms, email, phone, or other booking tools. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a booking is accepted. A booking is considered confirmed when you receive written confirmation (such as a confirmation email or signed agreement) from Fair Ergonomic Solutions LLC.

5.3 Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules may change. Cancellation and rescheduling policies, including any applicable fees, may be provided in your proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Where a written contract or Master Service Agreement exists, its terms will govern in the event of any inconsistency with these Terms.

6. Payments, Invoices & Refunds

Pricing for services may be listed on the Site or provided in a custom proposal. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Payment terms will be specified on your invoice or service agreement.
  • Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors or invoicing platforms.
  • You are responsible for any bank, transfer, or processing fees charged by your financial institution.

Refunds, if any, will be handled in accordance with the payment terms or specific agreement associated with your project or service. We reserve the right to decline refunds where services have already been rendered or time has been reserved and held for you.

7. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site, our content, or our services to:

  • Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

If you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive SMS/text messages from Fair Ergonomic Solutions LLC, you agree to:

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.

16. Relationship to Separate Service Agreements

For certain clients, especially corporate, institutional, or multi-site clients, services may be governed by a separate written agreement, master service agreement, or statement of work. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed written agreement, the signed agreement will control with respect to the subject matter of that agreement.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
